The Riverside Headquarters redefines the modern workplace by blending indoor and outdoor environments throughout its twelve stories. Designed for a growing tech company, the building accommodates 800 employees while maintaining an intimate scale through terraced gardens and varied spatial experiences that encourage collaboration and creativity.
The building's form responds to solar orientation and river views through a series of stepped terraces that provide outdoor workspace and urban agriculture opportunities. The ground floor opens entirely to the public plaza, while upper floors become increasingly private. A dramatic cantilever houses the main conference center, creating an iconic presence while shading the plaza below.
A 24-story residential and commercial complex that integrates urban living with nature through cascading gardens and energy-efficient systems.
